Each advanced Wellman micronutrient vitamin and mineral tablet provides 27 specially selected micronutrients. The comprehensive formula helps maintain health and vitality with pantothenic acid which contributes to normal mental performance. It also includes B vitamins: Thiamin (vitamin B1), B6 and B12 which contribute to normal energy release while zinc and iron contribute to normal cognitive function. The Omega-3 fish oil found in Wellman Max contains a rich source of DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid). EPA and DHA are classed as essential fatty acids because they cannot be made by the body and must be obtained through the diet.

Calcium for bone health

Wellman Max contains 500mg calcium. Calcium is needed to maintain normal bones and teeth. Vitamin D is included in the tablet to work in harmony with the calcium: vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium.
The UK Department of Health recommends that everyone should consider taking a daily supplement containing 10μg of vitamin D, particularly during autumn and winter.

Directions
ONE MAX TABLET (DARK BLUE BLISTER) PER DAY, PLUS ONE OMEGA 3-6-9 CAPSULE (GREEN BLISTER) PER DAY, PLUS ONE CALCIUM TABLET (TURQUOISE BLISTER) PER DAY.
Swallow each with water or a cold drink and take with a main meal. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. To be taken on a full stomach.
