1. What shipping options do you offer?

We offer two main shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery (Evri): Reliable and economical shipping option.
  • Express Delivery (DPD): Faster shipping service for urgent orders.

 

2. What are the delivery times for each shipping option?

  • Standard Delivery (Evri): Typically, deliveries take 2-5 working days.
  • Express Delivery (DPD): Deliveries usually take 1-2 working days.

 

3. What is the cut-off time for next-day dispatch?

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be dispatched on the next working day.

 

4. How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery destination.

 

5. Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the following regions within the UK – England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the specific location, and deliveries to remote areas such as the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and parts of Scotland may incur additional charges. Any applicable fees will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

 

6. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the carrier's website.

7. What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you miss a delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or where to collect your parcel. For DPD deliveries, you may also have the option to reschedule or redirect your delivery via their online portal.

 

8. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Changes to the delivery address can be made before the order is dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.

 

9. What if my parcel is delayed?

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, sometimes delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your parcel is delayed, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.
