How much CBD should I take?  

Everyone’s body is different, which means that there really is no standard amount and the quantity of CBD you take can vary. As a guide, 7 drops taken 2 times daily is recommended. We recommend taking Vitabiotics Brains CBD under the tongue for maximum absorption. Drop the liquid under the tongue. Hold for 1 minute or until fully absorbed.

If you have not tried CBD before, it’s advised to start with a small number of drops per day and gradually increase as needed. After you are used to taking CBD, you may take up to 1ml (28 drops) per day, as marked on dropper, at your discretion. Vitabiotics Brains CBD has a natural, pure flavour with no bitterness. After you are used to taking CBD, you may take up to 1ml (28 drops) per day, as marked on dropper, at your discretion.
