At Camillify, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Our refund policy is designed to provide you with clear and fair terms for refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
1. Cooling-Off Period
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
- Cancellation: To cancel your order, email us at camillehnbshop@gmail.com. You do not need to provide a reason for canceling.
- Return: After canceling, return the item(s) within another 14 days in their original, unused condition.
- Refund: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
2. Faulty Goods, Damages, and Issues
If you receive a faulty, defective, or damaged item, or the wrong item:
- Inspection: Inspect your order upon reception.
- Proof: Capture proof of the issue by taking pictures or videos of the item and any damage or defects.
- Contact Us: Email us at camillehnbshop@gmail.com with your order number, details of the issue, and the captured proof. We will provide instructions for returning the item(s) and work to resolve the issue.
3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.
- Personal and Beauty Care Products: Due to hygiene reasons.
- Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift Cards: These cannot be returned or refunded.

4. Return Shipping
- Shipping Costs: For cancellations within the cooling-off period, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We will provide a prepaid return label for faulty items.
- Packaging: Ensure the items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
- Notification: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.
- Processing: If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
